Please call or e-mail if you wish to make a return. Returns without notification will be refused. All items purchased from the online store may be returned for exchange of a different size or product free of charge -- however, secondary shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and if applicable will be billed to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

If a refund is requested, it will be granted -- although return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, there is a restocking fee of 15% that will be deducted from the refund.
